Purpose
The service provider, who is the person responsible for the web site, provides users with this document with the aim of fulfilling the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, on the Services of the Information Society and of e-Business (Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico- LSSI-CE), and in order to inform all users of the web site of the conditions of using the web site.
All persons who access this web site do so as users. They undertake to observe, and to rigorously comply with, the provisions set out herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.
The service provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the web site, with no requirement to notify users or make users aware of the said obligations, it being considered that publication on the service provider’s web site is sufficient.
Liability
The service provider shall not accept any type of liability in respect of the information published on its web site if that information has been manipulated or inserted by a third party external to the same.
The service provider’s web site can use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computers of persons accessing the page) to carry out specific functions that are considered essential for the proper functioning and viewing of the site. In any case, the cookies used on the web site are temporary, and have the sole purpose of making subsequent transmission more effective; they disappear at the end of the user session. If users feel that the web site contains any content that may come under that classification, they are asked to please immediately notify the administrator of the web site.
This web site has been reviewed and tested so that it functions correctly. In principle, proper functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the service provider does not discount the possibility that there may exist programming errors, or that there may arise causes due to force majeure, natural catastrophes, strikes, or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the web page.

The service provider is deeply committed to complying with Spanish law on protecting personal data. It guarantees compliance in full with the obligations set out, as well as the implementation of the security measures set out in article 9 of Law 15/1999 on Protecting Personal Data and its Implementing Regulations

Applicable law and jurisdiction
